Iyengar Yoga with Suzie – how to book onto a course:

Call:   07944 565363
Email: suziewalkeryoga@gmail.com

Places are limited, so be sure to contact me to reserve your space.

Monday mornings: 9.30 – 10.45am

at Bournemouth Deaf Centre, 27a Morley Road, Pokesdown, Bournemouth BH5 2JJ.

Next 6 week course starts:

Monday 17th June – 29th July (no class 1st July).

Course bookings now open, please contact me directly to reserve your place.

A 6 week course is discounted to £38 when paid in advance, or pay as you go at £8 per class. The next course follows straight on and classes are offered year round.

Pre-booking your classes (paid in advance) gives continuity of teaching, motivation to come to class and regular ‘me time’ in your week. The Iyengar method is progressive and structured so you will find you build on what you learn week after week and no two classes are the same.

Classes may not be rolled over to next payment block.

What to bring?
The essential piece of equipment to bring with you is a non-slip yoga mat and a blanket. And as your practise develops you may choose to invest in some equipment; typically five blocks, one belt and two bricks. I provide equipment for newcomers.

What to wear?
Be comfortable. I’d suggest leggings or shorts, and a T-shirt, and we’ll be working bare foot. You may also want to bring something warmer for the relaxation part of the class, which includes socks if you wish!

Yoga induction
To ensure you get the most from your yoga, I will ask you to complete a medical questionnaire at your first class. This will mean whether you have painful knees, stiff shoulders, back problems or a previous injury which causes you pain, I can adapt and modify the poses to best suit you.

Yoga is for everyone. Asanas keep your body, as well as your mind, healthy and active.
